To try to lose five pounds in one week is crap. Maybe 3 in a week? I'm giving myself until Oct. 7th. To those who want to join me,

Oct 1st goal - 3lbs
Oct 7 Goal - 2 more

I think it is more kind & metabolism friendly. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These goals are much happier:) Three by next week is totally doable....

Just weiged in & I only lost one LB. Plateau-sville. Oh well. I'm probably not eating enough. Too many safe foods. More variety & exercise are needed this weekend. I don't think I'm giving my body enough to burn. Fruits & veggies are a must. I've modified my goal b/c I am looking quite ribby & three may be enough before the worry patrol is on to me. I want to look great in the dress next weekend, not "ew she's too thin", so I'm going to use caution & see how I look.

I actually look really skinny right now, but it is just a numbers game with me. I'd ljust ike the numbers better if I could subtract 5. There is no method to my madness.

I get paid today, which is glorious. The best part about my job is all the $$$$. I cannot wait to spend time with The Love this wknd.!
