Ok, so I just went for a 3 mile walk. I've also eaten a protein bar. It is so grey & rainy out today. But it is Saturday & I have to revel in that. I'm going to be in a good mood if it effing kills me.
everything is fine.
I'm not fat.
everyone hates their job sometimes.
I won't work there forever.
I've got a cute boy.
I fit in the sizes two & four.
There is no way that is fat.
except in Ethiopia.
I have a pink ipod.
Nothing maudlin bout that.
God still loves me.
Even when I don't love myself.
happiness isn't anything other than a decison.
Today I'm looking at what I have - not what I want.
Seeing how far I've come - not how far I have to go.
The glass is half full
and I am slamming its contents in one gulp.
I decided that this is my life.
No one else gets a vote.
