    CAUSE U WAS DOIN 55 IN A 54...
    ok so today i was informed of the races i will be swimming in the meet.... -_-... not too plased.. i'm swimming 100 breast... 100 free... and the medly relay... so i'm doing 50 back... i'm so nervous for my 100 free... i don't know if i can do it.. i mean i can but i don;t know if i will be fast enough ... oh well... i'm just scared i will let my team down... and i need to learn how to pace myself!!!!
