<Goat> There are 61 (45 open, 16 still need help) green requests on the board: 1 SNH in Communities, 21 open and 1 SNH in General/Unknown, 2 open in User Picture Icons, 1 SNH in Clients, 2 open in Syndication (RSS), 20 open and 13 SNH in Web Interface.

For those who don't know, Penguin is a bot that keeps track of open requests on Blurty and Goat is the same bot Penguin is based on that does stats for LiveJournal.

If I felt like it was worth the trouble of going over to the camera, there would be a picture here of me flipping off all the fuckers who used to laugh at how much better LJ support was than Blurty support.

By the way, there's only 32 green in the private categories - only one is more than a day old, and 30 are in our Age Issues category. So, we take out the 30 under 18 requests LJ wouldn't be dealing with, and the 22 Customization requests LJ would answer with "look at howto", and we have 12 total open here.

It's so easy to claim superiority when you have ten times the workforce and only 2-3 times the userbase. Kind of loses the effect, though, when you're getting your ass kicked by a bunch of mutts who are just out to do what they're meant to do - help people. You guys can do all the reviews and crap you want, we'll sit here and answer requests like we're supposed to.
