Did a little playing around. Blatantly swiped adcott's "Kateybaby's Alignment" style off uJournal and set the colors as well as I could without going custom (I wasn't feeling like learning which color did what and LJ's color guide doesn't cover it yet since uJ's the only one with it...). I'll probably make some modifications to it soon. Of course, I have to think about my poor neglected LJ style that currently only has about four of the blocks filled in...

Hi!
15th October 2002 7:31am
So I followed the little LJ support wave over. I like the site so far - a few complaints about the navigation, but otherwise I like the layout. I was debating taking "Rob" as a username just to annoy someone, but it's just not the same without the tilde.
I think I might actually use this one instead of totally abandoning it like my uJ, but I'm not sure what I'm going to do about support. Part of me wants to say "no fucking way am I getting involved in another volunteer thing", but part of me sort of wants to abandon LJ Support and just do it here. Every time I look at the cust board on LJ, there's almost nothing green and odds are one of the interim privs is answering it while I'm reading it. There are other issues involved, too. I don't know... It's just not as fun as it used to be. It's become too corporate, and it's no one's fault, really. Not to mention there are people who irritate me (no, I'm not naming any names, so don't ask), policies that irritate me, changes implemented that seem to have been decided upon before any discussion took place ("Here's what we're doing next! Feel free to comment because we won't look at it anyway!").
Whatever... I really didn't expect my first post here to have any actual substance, but sometimes shit happens. And don't expect me to go in depth on any of this. There are a couple of you who I might give details to... well, maybe just one...
On a final note, I added a bunch of LJ people to my friends list here. I know at least some of you were just checking it out, so if you go a few weeks without updating, I'll assume you won't be and drop you here and let you know on LJ so you can return the favor. I don't like friends lists full of inactive accounts.
