1:23p - Fulfilment
I’m coming into a new skill to master in my Wiccan path: storytelling.
It’s defiantly a witch’s power, being able to pass knowledge and advice to others.
I realized that when I started rereading Power of the Witch by Laurie Cabot this week. I’m glad I decided to read this book again.
I find that when I read a book for the second time I can get information out of it that I didn’t notice before.
I think that happens because, one, I’m wiser (not older), and also I can get a different point of view that did not occur to me before.
Today I also been thinking about peoples need to fulfil their lives.
How so many people that are not prepared to be parents, have children just because they think they are suppose to and not considering the consequences and responsibilities that comes with that choice?
Also, how many people get married, splashing lots of cash, but forgetting about love?
But I think the most common is people turning to consumerist to fulfil their lives.
And once this briefs moments of happiness go away, they are left with a wider gap them they had before.
