| 8:35 pm | My first post since when? I don't know. Have any of ya guys had any problems logging onto blurty or going to the friends pages, uploading something, etc. with blurty? I have. It always seems to be blurty, too. Daaw, oh well. If it weren't for that, this post would have come up yesterday. New icons!! All six of them!!! And some people have already seem them! So what if I don't know how to make those sophisticated lettering and bordering and shading and designs!!!?????? Gar. They all look so amateurteurteurteur.......ish. Arls'(Red) mouth makes him look like a duck. *Quack*! Tried to make him look evil, and he looks evil, and too skinny, and like a duck, and his hand.. What's up with that? Oh well. First attemp at watercolor in n years. Then I did Rynas'(Purple). Turned out prettily good. And me? I like those watermarks(if they're called that). I hate those shoujo-manga style smoothness 'shading' that only has one side that's minutely darker than the other side. Oh. What skills. Her lips are cool. Edal(Yellow)! I knew this was going to turn out boring, and it did! I mean, yellow! Can't put dark shadows here, and highlights there, because they all look alike. And Dearie, your eyes are too dark. Duelen(Green), I should have made you more green. It doesn't exactly look like light is coming from the other side.. But hey! I like your ear! Too small, but I like the shape of it! And ye eyes. Why do you look like a lion? Don't comment on how Nan(Orange) looks like a 40 years old. I kinda applied excess orange onto her left cheek. Oi my goshness. Plus, I forgot her hair piece(or what ever that's called), so she looks so plain... Uiii~~ Then finally, Mereth(Blue). She looks like she has a goatie. I know she looks like it! I made her hair on her left side too dark!!! Ahhhhhhh iiiiiiiii~~~! I'm sorry!! The painting itself isn't bad. Rivals Rynas, although I still think Rynas' is the best. Spelling 'yellow' and 'blue' out too much isn't good. They start to look weird after you try it eight times. Is it really a 'w'? An 'e'? Going to New York during spring break!!!! My aim is to go to the National Museum of American Indians!!!! Let me go, or I won't go to New York!! If there's one wish that I can have, then that's to live with woodland tribes. Particularily with the Shawnees, because their the ones that I did a report on back in fifth grade(or the Miwok, but that was in first grade, and oh, how I spanned the globe back then). Of course, when that happens, I'm going to regret that that happened. Culture shock. Too much. It wouldn't matter how much you'd prepared yourself. Waah. Seriously considering to take ANTHR-155B, which is... Indigenous People of the American Southwest. 3 units! At DVC, of course. But there's a recommendation, and I haven't met them at all. ..Need to go to counseling, then take some classes. Grr. I'd rather interview a person that I don't know at all for the Senior Project, because interviewing a person that I'm alrealy met is so awkward(Taiko mentor, Jimi-san). Yes. I'm going to interview him this Sunday. Oi.. Weird. Website! I want to make a spiffy looking website! Go, Me! I will make a spiffy looking website! Will! Will! WILL! Ummm.... I'm not sure if this is senioritis. It certainly isn't because 'Oh, there's only ## days of school left; I don't care.' It's more like 'I can't start working.' This absolutely sucks, dearies. | 12:05 am | FF symphonic concert in Disney Land in LA. On Monday, May 10.... I CAN'T GO!!!! OF COURSE I CAN'T!!!! WANT TO GO!! Whimper. (T - T) I was going to type something that had a point.. I'm going into a fantasy world about an hour a day. Today's fantasy was going back in time and meeting all those Shawnee people. Oh yeah. It'd be so great. Then I'd have this dilemma('h' somewhere?) of 'Should I tell them what happens or not?" If they ask. I really want to see what the world was like back then before humans cultivated everything to our demise. There will be a demise soon, I tell you. The more cooler(I feel like stupifying myself, language-wise) thing is, that I honestly believe I can't transport myself from time to time during this one hour. 'tis very fun. You should try. I have no clue what that dude was trying to say... It's so redundant, the English is horrible(I don't know if Japanese PC's would have spellcheck), I don't know what message he was trying to convey.. Exactly how did they run over your territory in the first place? How did they get your password and such? Why would they alter your site(and why would they alter your site to depict themselves as the culprit)? Yes. Very weird. | 9:22 pm | I haven't been here long... Let's see. The most unlikliest people are the most introverted people in the world. On certain stuff, I am. I can't break this shell of being so extremely shy to people I don't know well. Envious when I do see others having no problem with it. I firmly believe that I have five, at the most, people that I'd be venting my emotions in private with(kinda contradicting sentence there). A little saddening. Well, this feeling could be due to the fact that I've lost my class ring on the Thursday before winter break. A total of $357.12 I'll have to pay, shipping and handling included. Brilliant, Sayoko, brilliant. By the way, I drew Tidus yesterday, and he looks so happy! His nose is too short and he looks more young than what he is really(more shadings would help), but I'm extremely satisfied with how it turned out. When this AP Art stuff is over, I swear I'm going to look at FF pictures and reproduce them by water color, acrylic, what ever. Hi, Tidus! Plus, it'll be a good body composition and clothes fold study. I so much want FFX-2. And that secret ending to Kingdom Hearts. So that I can do the above. Why is there a burnt match in the bathroom trash(I went there just now, for those who are wondering). I swear if blurty was in Japanese, it'd be more entertaining to read. When you'd like to go 'off,' it's a whole lot more fun in Japanese. By the way, I've changed my bio, which I have intended to do a long time ago. In fact, that bio's that bio only because I wasn't feeling so high up in spirits. All in all, I think I've become more withstanding to most circumstances. That's a good thing, yes. More patient and persevering. Vocabulary(did you miss it?) And I think the Red Senated(which I was in) was the most entertaining, fun, exciting, hot-headed, rigged(sadly, at the end), smooth(until the end) chamber out of the three! Stuff that I heard from other chamber members of our lunch group were saying that it was boring or people pose stupid questions. Yes. The bills in order: Welfare Justice, Minimum Wage Increase, La Croix-Boggs, Military Whistleblower, Beal-Kuan, Beyder-Mirzad, Organic Farming Subsidy, Landes-Levitas, Forest Conservation, Affirmative Action(whoo hoo!), Milgram-Midanek, School Vouchers, Privacy, Auditing and Consulting Separation, and finally, Hidalgo-Jamison. Someone see this out of order? ( Bills, comments and opinion ) So many people asked Kyle Summers if he's a spy for the republicans, why are you here? He said he's an independent, but when told to pick, he's a democrat. A agreed with almost all the things he said and voted, so I might as well be a republican, also... But I'm a heart-wrenching, blood-sucking liberal, according to that political spectrum questinnaire... Ah well. I'm a green party. I think this was a great experience! I wished the Privacy Act didn't have to end that way... This took a grand total of 3 hours and 1 minute to write up. Am I stupid or what? Didn't hear Kimahri's. Sad. I like the voices for the English version better, but the voice acting's better in the Japanese one, probably. Saw FFX-2 commercial. Coolishness. | 12:57 am | Do you know what's unneeded in this world? Do you? Well, the unneeded thing in this world(other than sexism, racism, ageism, drugs, nuclear weapons.. stuff like that) is SLEEP!!! I don't want to sleep! It's a waste of time! Because there is this thing called sleeeeeepiness, I need to finish what I'm doing so that I can get sleep~! I want to draw more! Learn more! I don't want to sleep! But then, it would mean that the brain shouldn't rest although my body can, so it doesn't make sense. Oh well. I want to draw I want to draw I want to draw I want to draw. Uh-huh. Comics! I love y'all you indigenous people! I want to save you all, too(the best thing would be that they save themselves, but is the government doing this? No)! Interview and experience first hand what it's like to be one(another impossible thing. Oh, but do I want to do that), watch dances and ceremonies, learn their language(which tribe? I don't know)... too much. And I still want to draw! I want to work, study, do homework, play videogames, watch sports, play with mi doggies, do sports, go crazy, laugh, cough, barf(no), learn, draw, learn, draw, color, hike, take pictures, paint pictures, live, and what else? Almost everything out there. Nothing is boring in this world! Not to mention my grades are facing hell because of this. Oh well. My spirit's facing heaven. I don't want to sleep, I tell you. | 11:02 pm | Anyone interested in taiko? Ah loved ze performance! Yehayeha!!!! How long I've been saying this, I don't know, but I WANT TO LEARN TAIKO!!!! Naaaaaarrrgh! All the performers were there because they wanted to be there, and they were having so much fun. Uh-huh. Me friend had(I think) the most varied expressions. Or, smiley faced. They're so good. U.C. Berkley, Zellerbach Hall, 3 to 6 P.M. Greatness there. The best were the San Francisco Taiko Dojo personels. You feel the beat, and so what if it's loud? I loved the ones that were the loudest, because that's what taiko's all about(no, it's not, but hey, why not fill taikos with their full capacity?)! Two of my classmates were there, and I've never seen him so serious and having fun... the other person was just as I thought. My friend.. Ooooohh..... kinda flung her bachi(stick you hit the drum with) into the croud unintentionally. 'tsall good! Great recovery! Teach me taiko, PLEASE! I will thank whatever there is to thank every morning. To the sun, air, breeze, food, life, fun, hardships, life, others. Yeah. That's the image I have of them of now. Weellll... It's stereotyped, and I'm looking at their good sides only(and I really can't think of any bad sides). It's all good as long as that makes me a better person(and better if it was at all possible to live in the wilderness with only 'primitive' tools). And I want to become a better person. | 10:43 pm | Taiko performance!!! Wee! If any of you'd like to go to the 35th Annual Takio Festival at Zellerbach Hall(and of course, you'll need to know be by my name), tell me! At the latest, before next week(Wednesday? Tuesday?). The hall's in UC Berkeley, and the performance will be on Saturday, November 22, 7 P.M. or on Sunday the 23rd, 3 P.M. I'm probably going to the one on Sunday. Ticket prices: $36, 28, and 22. As a side note, two of my friends are performing there, and they are so so good. Especially the brother: he's doing taiko as a living(though not a permanent job), and is thinking of opening a dojo himself. I'm gonna be the first one to join~~~ ^-^ The event will be great. Since this is the 35th year, they're going to have taiko performers from Japan, shamisen player, many kinds of taikos, etc... Yeah.
