100 baby!!
This morning, I finally got up around 6:30 and ran 3 miles (according to Google earth). The running cadences are just awesome and it really wasn't that bad a run. I think I might try to tackle the bridge that almost killed me on Sunday again tomorrow if I can get up.
We went to the pool today, and I actually think I got a little sun...not much, but every little bit helps. The water was kind of gross though because it was so hot; not that it's ever really clean with all the kids in it, but eh. The kids were alright today even though I gave several of them time out at the pool because they wouldn't work with me in Bible study.
After work I came home for a little while and then headed out to driving school. It was at the Mariott hotel behind Ryan's steak house, which I thought was odd but better than the jail. The thing did last the entire 4 hours, but the guy doing it was upbeat and we had this workbook to fill out that kept me slightly occupied. AND they (he and his wife) had candy for us, so yay for free candy. If anyone needs to know anything about defensive driving I can lend you my work book...and I did make a 100 on my test, so I could probably help you out. Thank goodness that's over though, now all I have to do is take in my certificate and pay my ticket. |
