ok, so i'm finally back. well, i've been back in the U.S. for a week now after a spring break spent in jolly ol' england but i have been soo soooo busy and haven't been able to post. so, here i am....back to posting. i have quite alot to post about. not sure how much i'll get to but we'll see. first of all, this week has been basic hell. jet lag completely screwed me up majorly. i kept wanting to just go to bed at like 9, falling asleep near that time, and then waking up at about 7 am. this, however, did not fit my schedule of much needed studying for the management test i think i probably maybe kinda almost did well on today but probably actually really failed. there's no telling. but, seriously, jet lag, plus have the inkling of getting sick, has thrown me out of a whack that i can't get back into. my normal routine is coming back, just slowly. well, tonight was full of mondo fun. why, you ask? everyone knows it's because of barn dance!! it's always such great fun and time to goof off. and, this time, i got to dance with jennifer (a major plus in my book *smiles*). so anyways..that's pretty much what's been dizzy since i've back. so i bet you're thinking to yourself, "hey jarrod! what did you do for spring break? you went to england! omg! that's awesomeness to the max!!" and with that, i shall agree. england was major major fun, exciting, super echidna grandma excellence! i have a ton of pictures, althought not as many as adan. i'll be posting them periodically, if i ever find the time to get them on my computer, edited and uploaded. but for now, my words will have to serve well enough for the wonder that is england. well, it is honestly a beautiful country. green countryside as far as the eye can see in some parts. crowded, yet amazing, city in other areas. all scattered with cathedrals, giant stone monuments, blech cottages, and other various sights and kodak ops. the lady educating us on all this stuff, liz, was very nice and rather chipper. we all miss her. as for the company, having great wesley friends there was an off-the-scale amount of fun. we sat around laughing at each other for no apparent reason. we covered all the good games: lucky bastard, MAO, mafia, etc, etc. and we all just had some awesome fellowship. and i gotta say, all this fun and happy times were multiplied by a good amount since jennifer was there also. speaking of her and since her internet's broken and i can't really talk to her at the moment. i don't wanna make y'all gag but, in case y'all don't know, she is quite awesome. during spring break, just things about her that i noticed left me speechless numerous times. in fact, things i noticed about her tonight dancing and notice from day to day just amaze me. they're little things, but i see them and they captivate me. i just look at her, and i don't want to take my eyes away from her for several reasons. and whenever she crosses my mind (which is rather often), i just think about the history of what we have and where we're going and can't help but smile. i hope my mouth hasn't said anything stupid and i really hope she doesn't mind me saying anything on here like this but it's just on my mind at the moment. i could go on (and i will if you want me to) but for now i think that's all. and i think that's all for everything. there's plenty more to say and plenty more to happen (ie switchfoot next weekend) so i should start up a nice dose of posting regularly (which means, once every week....maybe). but, i've really lost my train of thought and i should get on to sleep so that's what i'm gonna do. keep it real, y'all.
i still can't take my eyes off you.
J here comes the A to the R to the ROD. |
