   well, i must say, today, which started at 12:00 a.m. yesterday, was frickin' really cool. i got to spend some quality time with some real quality people, namely jenn and marc. it all started, in a land far far away, and at night...well, last night actually -- marc and i started our accountability thing and actually made plans for a bible study and whatnot. it's gonna be really really good for both of us. so, we talked for awhile last night, then my hand got in a fight with a knife and my hand lost. actually, it wasn't bad. i just cut myself playing around. guess i'm not too sharp (ha ha....see what i did? we all know that knives are sharp. but what i did was imply that i'm not too sharp, in the mind. but it all relates to the knife which is the central part of this part of the story). after i cleaned up the blood, marc and i went a-walking on campus at 4 a.m. and i took some pictures. and no we did not climb the msc. nor did we steal a car or buy a boombox from this guy eddie who smelled a little like a rotten grapefruit.    campus has a really cool feel at 4 in the morning. it just sucks that i suck at sucking at taking pictures. oh well, some turned out alright. after our redezvous with destiny, marc and i returned back to our dojo to "watch family guy the rest of the night" only to watch one episode of the brak show and one episode of family guy before basically being taken over by sleep, like a nation, being invaded by it's conqueror. so, i slept here at my desk for about 4 hours and then actually woke up and went to class. not all of them, but i touched the important ones. and, as it turns out, i have a crapload to do. meh....it will get done. so, class ends and more quality time begins. this time involving jenn and my parents, who came down for the weekend to help with england stuff. they took jenn and i out to eat at applebee's which was both delictable and massively filling. afterwards, we headed over to plays games at one of our maroon and white corps. houses. i totally ruled at one game of rummikub, but it went downhill from there. still fun, nonetheless. then, once the "party" there died down, we returned to wesley and decided to watch finding nemo, which is still so frickin' funny. the sea monkey has my money. oh man....everytime. then the night culminated with starsky and hutch, which i personally thought meets the ranks of zoolander in outright hilarity and reeally reeally reeally ridiculousness. much laughter was had and i wish i was huggy bear. maybe not so lanky though. i think i'd have to be like huggy grizzly. yeah. that'll work. but overall, quality time was grand and i'm just filled with a goodness factor that is off the charts. and that was about it for today, or yesterday, rather. tomorrow. today actually. today, i gotta go get some stuff for england and pack and then i really need to fit in some schoolwork time. and then maybe, just maybe i'll get to break in my 'friends party pack dvd'. *crosses fingers and blows out birthday candles* i'm not sure if it'll top yesterday (or today for whoever's sake), but it should be a fun day. but, for now, my orbs will be glazed over, and the coverings shall descend upon them, like the sun drooping behind the horizon after a lenghty period of warming and delighting the fruits of the earth. i'm gonna sleep. "dig this man. i heard that someone once said, 'to err is human, to forgive, divine'" "now what kind of an idiot would say that?" "God, the biggest mac of them all" LMAO!!! the movie is freakin hilarious. so freakin hilarious that i have used the phrase freakin hilarious way too much now. go see it, you won't be dissappointed. let's see, what else did i do today? hm, well jarrod and i stayed up until 6 in the morning doing accountability stuff, then goin for a walk on campus, then watching cartoons. i took at two hour nap and then got up for history, where i watched my classmates march around simpson for an hour. then i actually did summon the nerve to go to geology instead of my apartment, yay! got back to my pad at about 11:20 and slept for a solid four hours before getting up, doing laundry, takin a shower, and other stuff. went to the game night thing the maroon and white corps puts on, very fun indeed, then went and saw the movie. i finished up my roll of b&w, so i'll get that developed soon. my camera came today, but the shutter release is stuck for some reason, i'll take it in (the camera cost me 20 bucks...i think i can afford a slight repair) and tomorrow morning i'm gonna go to this auction that aggieland photo center is having, hopefully i'll pick up some good cheap camera stuff and i'm supposed to buy ben a camera too. well, i better head off to bed then so that i can get up in the morning. peace! gone like donkey kong after he steals princess toadstool, Cram |
