.For Starters
I bought the first volume when it first came out.I bought the second volume and then had my doubts of continuing to buy the series because of the story plot and Hikdeki's overtures.I also didn't really like the fact that it was about Chii and finding out where she came from and everything.I also didn't favor Yumi at the time.I got the third volume for Christmas and I started to purchase the continuing series.
.Story
This is a story about a world managed by Persocoms,or humanoid computers.They run around 99,999 yen or more.The main character is Hideki Motosuwa.He is broke and works at Club Pleasure.He dreams of a Persocom for *ahem* personal usage.He finds one in the garbage one day and takes her home.He names her 'Chii' because when he turned her on,all she could say was 'chi'!Because she seems to have no data (although,she does have,but it's under many elaborate firwalls) Hideki turns to Minoru Kokubunji.Minoru is a 12 year old genius and owns many Persocoms.
It is even more complicated because it seems that Persocoms can be molded into anyone and will obey their master no matter what.They also seem to make people more depressed.Many of the Persocoms are females,although they can be molded into males.They can be human sized or 'notebook' sized.
.Yami's Opinion
I like the character's designs and the style of drawing.It is very different from CLAMP's regular shoujo manga.I like the clothing design and the strokes of ink.The designs are simple,yet complex in it's own way.It's airy and light and not bold and heavy like in Magic Knight Rayearth.I love the chacter's expressions too.

.Why I hate her
I find Kairi to be very "sugar-coated" and very innocent.I mean like she never does anything worng.She tears the friendship of Riku and Sora in the game.She is the support for both Sora and Riku and seems blind that Riku and Sora fight for her.She seems to care deeply for Sora anyhow.She is also portrayed as as the "damsel in distress"...--; I say more like the "damsel left behind."

.Why I hate her
She is a freaking Mary-Sue!!!I hate her.She is annoying with her 'righteous' speeches and stupid friendship speeches.It bores me to the end.Sure,if she wasn't like that,then I could like her,but I don't,sadly,and I doubt I ever will.
I mean...it's great that she stands up for her friends and all...but still....I have to hate her.

I just bought the first volume a long time ago.I also own the second volume.(Yes,after 01-02,I stopped buying it) It's not that I hate it or anything...I'm just not so fond of it.I had borrowed the first 02 volumes of anime from the library.I find that this is fine for some,but I don't like this series,and I'm not sure about recommending it to friends.
.Story
In the manga,it startes out with protagonist,Keitaro Urashima.He wants to get into Tokyo University(commonly called Tokyo U in the anime/manga).He made a promise to a girl a long time ago,and never knew of her name.That is his main goal in the beginning.
He's failed all of his entrance exams to get in and loses hope of getting in.He initially goes to his grandmothers hotel/lodge to stay.Instead he finds that she turned it into a girls dorm when the Hinata Hotel failed to stay up.(NOTE:Keitaro's grandmother went on a world-wide trip and left the dorm to Keitaro's aunt,Haruka) Keitaro soon stumbles upon 5 girls,
-Naru Narusegawa age:17
-Mitsune ("Kitsune") Konno age:19
-Kaolla Su age:13
-Shinobu Maehara age:13
-Matoko Aoyama age:15
They are dis-pleased to see him and wish him out.Instead,he stays there and works as the land-lored,e.t.c. Always stumbling upon the girls when they are..."less than clothed."
The anime is almost the same.A little longer and added stuff.I will not stress the details very farfrom this.

I really don't like this manga.I don't really like the 'boy stumbles upon girl when girl is nudey-nude,girl sees boy and punches him' thing...I just don't find that as my cup of tea.Yes,that's true,I do like Romantic Comedy,but not crude comedy.Sorry.I don't like this manga.Buh-bye.

.For Starters
This manga is a Romance manga about the main girl,Momo Adachi.The main bad girl is Sae.Sae is pure evil and is a sadist,whcih means she is at happiest when others are most emotional.Momo is a though girl and is the only who seems to hate Sae.Anyway....then comes Kiley and Toji.
Momo is singled out because she is tan(naturally;she tans easily) and she has bleach-blonde hair.She is singled out mainly as a "Beach-headed bimbo" or a slut.Most students at her school hate her and don't talk to her.
Change of Heart is after 08 and after Toji is blackmailed by Sae.This series is mainly about Momo and Kiley's new found love...but others beckon to differ...

Momo loves Toji.
Toji likes Momo.
Toji gets black mailed by Sae.
Toji can't see Momo.
Momo hates Sae.
Sae is afraid of Kiley.
Sae hates everybody.

.The Point
There are many people who dislike Peach Girl.I highly disagree with them.There is no good reason to hate Peach Girl just because it comes as a "predictable" manga.I find that as a weird reason to not like it.I find that people who don't like it find titles like "Kodomo no Omcha" a better read.I find that titles like those are more "soft-spoken" and not intence or hard-core.
The fact that there are tons and tons of romance and break up and blackmailing,I think this is an interesting read for teens and young adults.The fact that some of these trials are based on true life and not fantasy...I think this is great.I find this manga to be a great read and I don't see how anyone could just HATE it.I know most people don't like Romance or anything,but I think this is a very addicting read.I would definately recommend this to my friends.^^;
