Need: Rice, eggs, bread crumbs, and cinnamon (optional), peanut butter (optional) - Boil rice first, wait until it cools - after put rice in a bowl, crack eggs (1 or 2 depending on how much rice) - Mix it together well - Add a little oil to your frying pan - Place the mix into your pan but be careful not to make them too big or they'll fall apart, group it together. - While it's cooking add in a little bit of cinnamon to give it a little more (optional) - Keep it cooking until it's to your liking. - Turn it over for a little That should be it and if you want you can add a tiny bit of peanut butter on it afterwards

Low cal Apple Salad
Ingredients: 1 apple that has been washed, cored and chopped, juice of one lemon, 1 teaspoon of raisins (brown or golden), 1 pecan or walnut cracked, cleaned and chopped, 2 cups of field greens OR chopped lettuce, dash salt and pepper, light salad dressing, 1/4 cup of cooked chopped chicken breast.
Mix and enjoy.
Calories: Serves 1 for about 275 calories.

sautee in a pan, it's that easy.
**most asian grocery markets have shiritake noodles or look for "yam noodles", they are usually with the tofu in the refridgerated section in a clear bag.
