I am dumb. Anyway, it's October SEVENTH, not the sixth, and there was a gubernatorial (still can't spell) election in November 2002, and I believe a governor's term is four years, so there wouldn't be another election until 2006.
Also, my mother is pissed cos I got money in the mail and nobody else did. She thinks I spend it all on crap. I just filled up my tank, and I've spent all my money on lunch this week. I mean, nobody bitches when SHE goes out to lunch during work--SHE went out TODAY. God, she pisses me off so much. What happens when I start bringing in a paycheck? Will she hate me forever? Scratch that, who cares. I hate her anyway.

So much has happened since my deranged, ramblings. Those photos of Saddam's dead sons are all over the news (and it's really gross, but I've seen worse at rotten.com) and yesterday it was announced that the governor of California (my home state) is being recalled. The recall vote will take place on October 6.
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but won't there be a gubernatorial (I misspelled that, oh well) election next year anyway? If so, then what is the point of this recall? Can't they wait? I guess not...
I am an idiot. I know this. Yes, I deleted all the insane posts, because there were too many and I don't like having too many posts from one day, because that's a waste of space, and two, it is really embarrassing. Next time I'll make it 'private' or something. Don't need to give my enemies anymore ammo, so to speak.

If I can't sue their ISP, then can't I just sue them? Someone please answer this. Let's say, for example, someone is hosting a website that is spreading lies about me. Then they spew forth this crap about how their ISP (Internet Service Provider) is not responsible for their content, and therefore can't 'do' anything about it.
Couldn't I file a lawsuit against the person who owns the content or the server that it's running on? I mean, honestly. A stupid, silly little HTML page isn't going to stop someone from suing YOU. As in:
Jane Doe files a lawsuit against John Q Public for hosting a nasty website created by Valerie McCunt. No ISP or hosting company. Just the unfortunate fuck who gets to brag about owning and running his own servers. Unfortunately for Mr. Public, he doesn't have an ISP to hide behind.
Alright, I need to contact a lawyer. That is my mission tonight...get some legal advice for a friend of mine. Freedom of speech is one thing; defamation and harassment is quite another, and I hope those assholes get sued for everything they have and then some.

Let me be honest here. Yes, I did take a bunch of pills (they're pretty old and I don't even know what they're for, since the label is faded) and whatnot...I still have problems, but I am over it now. I talked to my friend Kitty and I feel a lot better.
I just have to be optimistic! Be optimistic...and I need to use the restroom. I am fine, by the way. I probably won't be in a while, but whatever.
God, I feel pathetic now...kinda like Shorty, always desperate for attention, so I'll talk about suicide and all that. Oh well.
Oh, quick edit. I am mad at myself now. There are people worse off than me and here I am wailing about not having enough money. Christ, I disgust myself sometimes.
Okay, now I'm over it. :D
