returning 22nd December 2009 and off again 4th Jan (possibly 9th depending on the flight situation).
f+++ i'm knackered. the cycling trip earlier nearly roasted me in the 32degrees heat. Was quite abit of a workout, I dont think I've worked my heart this much since............secondary school. Probably did about 10km today (not a mean feat in comparison to the others). but wadaheck, those people are real riders with some serious calf muscles to match. Had to wave the white flag and head back to the city after 'brunch' (dont think I'll be able to make my way back to the city on the bike from the velodrome at hawthorn. nuts! but i think i'm getting the hang of it, will just have to get working on that stamina! woot!

i had a little helper over.
black sesame + green tea dark chocolate cupcakes.
there were 3 rosemary flavoured one (which was meant to be mixed with lavender, and since lavender can't be found anywhere(!!) in the city, it's just rosemary). they tasted AWFUL.
thank god there were only three.

I lost my lunch partner this week. and since I finished work early today (partly also to escape the crowd as the office is having an open house for the annual AGIdeas visit
It is time to get back to the kitchen and whip up a storm (and save a few bucks).
uhm I can't find an elastic big enough to tie up the boxes together...i should've realised when I bought one of those bento boxes...that it didn't come with the bento elastic..guess it's a good contrast with the ribbon pasta. so preeetty!
I must say, cooking is really therapeutic.
