Joe had Coheed and Cambria on his answering machine on Thursday when I called. I was so excited I almost forgot to leave a message. I've been cutting my hair everyday when I wake up. It's been a three day work-in-progress, but I think my haircut is finally looking pretty good. Friday after we played basketball it was sticking up all over and I went in Joe's bathroom and messed it up even more. I came out and Andrew said "WHOA...your hair is CRAZY". I'll take that for a compliment, thanks. It's a lot better than some other things he could have said. Like..."your hair is BALDING". Whatever's clever. Did I mention my sister failed her senior project and skipped her graduation ceremony? I made her a card for the occasion and everything; it's a family tradition. My dad didn't go to his either as didn't his father before him and his father before him. Okay okay of course my grandfather didn't go to his graduation ceremony, he worked in hard labor. And who knows if his father went to his. I don't even know if his father grew up in England or California or what. We're not even related. But I can feel it in my bones that he didn't want to go. I just know that he wouldn't cop out on the family like that and ruin a perfectly good tradition before it even got started And! I am still on the hunt for: 1) The perfect shade of pink nail polish 2) Cherry-flavored Ramune 3) The cheapest pop-tarts within a five-mile radius 4) Fairy wings More about that later...slán go foíl |
