Today I was caught but I was not scared...The hands weren't cold they were warm...Who hands could they've been?
I could feel the shedding of ..
My Wings..And Awake again. -breathes-
...Could it be true? Am I really back in my body?
I can see in color now and hear a soft whisper...That lullaby....Totally reversed.
Hands were not who I aspect them to be.
Lord Krayon, A Elder Demon, has let me breath another time. His hands were warm..And so soft..Demons aren't suppose to be that gentle? They do say ..There's always the odd balls...
Oh I'm gracious to Krayon..He went out of his way to bring me back..Could he have heard my calling or noticed my candle out?
I don't care. I'm back now....For now.

Description: The mark on the strangled twin's throat turns into a Crimson Butterfly.

The crimson mark left by the two strangling hands of the older Twin Shrine Maiden on her younger sister's throat turned into a Crimson Butterfly after the ritual. The younger sister's body was thrown into the Hellish Abyss and her soul flew around the village in its new butterfly form.

Twin Shrine Maidens are sacrificed in the Crimson Sacrifice Ritual. Boys are sometimes used as well. In this case, they are called Altar Twins. The people of this region believe that twins were once a single being, which was split into two at birth.
The ceremony is based on the belief that when the two bodies reunited as one, the Shrine Maiden will gain the power of a deity. The text says "the older sister must X X the younger and throw her into the X".
The X X part must refer to the most horrible part of the ritual, probably some kind of "sacrifice".
