okayyyy so im back on blurty wow! time to lose some weight babyy. gotta start out slow and then i'll get the hang of things again. todays my first day doing this, and im hopefully gonna keep going until im at 135ish. right now im at 151 which is absolutley revolting, considering the fact that i used to be like 138. I'm pretty tall so i carry weight well, but i have astronomical love handles. the only part of my body i <3 are my boobs! they are perfect.
lets seee today i had

BREK:
2 eggs- 200 cals
1 chewy bar- 90cals

LUNCH:
1 peice eggplant parm- 300ish?


total: 590
probably gonna end up with about 700 to 800 calories for the day. hoping to lose 4-5lbs by june 9th! we'll seeee.

today:
brekfast: strawberries (30) to get my metabolism going
and well. thats it.
sooooo i'd call that a very good day :) no weight lost yet though, but im working on it

k girls so remember:
*BREKFAST=most important meal of the day. it gets your metabolism really working to burn off calories like crazy for the remainder of the day, and it keeps you from feeling tired and unfocused
*LUNCH=not so important..it can be skipped, it can be eaten. it doesnt really make a substantial difference.
*DINNER=least important meal of the day. avoid eating large meals at this hour at all costs. it helps you lose a ton of weight if you skip out dinner altogether (i did this once and lost 5lbs in like 5 days) if you do eat dinner eat it at a respectable time, and as early as possible like 5 or something so your body can begin burn it off before you go to sleep. AVOID LATE NIGHT BINGES AT ALL COSTS. they will make you gain weight like CRAZY because eating late at night makes your body store fat, and makes it nearly impossible to burn it.

lunch--nothing/a small peice of fruit
dinner--as little as possible

thursday
brekfast--nothing
lunch--nothing
dinner--as little as possible/nothing

friday
brekfast--apple
lunch--fruit (no more then 60cals)
dinner--no more then 100cals

k if i just stick to that i'll hopefully lose a pound or two.

everyones doing badly, and so am i. ughh yesterday i was DISCUSTING. i literally mustve eaten like, 345972345 calories. it was DISCUSTING. i like, ate my entire kitchen. i fucking hate it when i do things like that.

i purged up some of it..i hope it was enough, but i couldnt purge a lot because my parents were around and i was really afraid that they would hear me. it was my 2nd time purging, ever. its really a lot easier then i thought it would be..its probably because i ate so much though. how fucking discusting.

but so far today i havent eaten anything but 1 slice of orange + ive exersized at practice. but that deffinetly doesnt justify the binge yesterday, at all. im so mad at myself. UGH. soo i guess our little see who can lose as much by friday thing is off. it is for me at least, because i fucked up so bad.

i hope you ALL do better!! we can do itttt, we can. i know it.
stay strong stay stronnnnnnggg! everytime you're about to binge..do something else to keep yourself busy. dont even think about food. avoid the kitchen at all costs.
we. can..no we WILL do it.

hey heyyy whatsup girls
soo far ive gained a bit of weight. im not that upset about it, though. ive been feeling very, very optomistic latley. dont ask me why.

soo ive decided that im going to lose 5lbs by the end of march--which leaves me approx. 15 days to do so. i willl, i know i can do it. ive also decided that im not going to touch ANY sugary things..INCLUDING starbucks (which will be sooooo hard) until ive lost the 5lbs. for the past 4 days i havent even touched any chocolate or anything. so im trying to keep it up. after the 5lbs are gone, i'll reward myself with a little something.

ive also become a vegitarian, which helps like WHOA. my parents arent suspicious at all, and i can get away with only eating salad for dinner. its amazing, you guys should try it. seriously.

ive only had about 270cals today, which is good.
hope youre all doing GREAT. how are you guys?! i hope all is welll<3333 i'll post some more crash dieting/ana tips on my blog soon. love ya

This 7-day eating plan can be used as often as you like. If correctly followed, it will clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds and possibly 17 pounds, and experience an abundance of energy.
SOUP:

1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
3 plus large green onions
1 large can of beef broth (no fat)
1 pkg. Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle)
1 bunch of celery
2 cans green beans
2 lbs. Carrots
2 Green Peppers

Season with salt, pepper curry, parsley, if desired, or bouillon, hot or Worcestershire sauce. Cut veggies in small to medium pieces. Cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue to cook until veggies are tender.

This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry during the week. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose. You may want to fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day.

DRINKS:
Unsweetened juices
Tea (also herbal)
Coffee
Cranberry juice
Skim milk
Water, water, water

DAY ONE
Any fruit (except bananas). Cantaloupes and watermelon are lower in calories than most other fruits. Eat only soup and fruit today.

DAY TWO
All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with fresh raw, cooked or canned veggies. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas or corn. Eat veggies along with the soup. At dinnertime tonight reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Don't eat any fruits through today.

DAY THREE
Eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten as above for three days and not cheated, you should find that you have lost 5-7 pounds.

DAY FOUR
Bananas and skim milk: Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today, along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, as is the milk but on this particular day, your body will need the potassium and carbs. Proteins and calcium to lessen the cravings for sweets.

DAY FIVE
Beef and tomatoes: you may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes, or as many as 6 tomatoes on this day. Eat the soup at least once today.

DAY SIX
Beef and veggies, eat to your heart's content of the beef and veggies today. You can even have 2-3 steaks if you like with green leafy veggies but no baked potato. Be sure to eat the soup at least once today.

DAY SEVEN
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies, again, be sure to stuff yourself and eat the soup. You can add cooked veggies to your rice if you wish.

By the end of the 7th day, if you have not cheated on this diet, you should have lost 10 to 17 pounds. If you have lost more than 17 pounds, stay off the diet for two days before resuming the diet again.

This diet is fast. The secret lies within the principle that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. This diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time. Because of the fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet at least 14 hours before any intake of alcohol.

Due to the variety of digestive systems in individuals, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than when you began, if you do not cheat. After being on the diet for several days, you will find that your bowel movements have changed. Eat a cup of bran or fiber. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don't need caffeine after the third day.

The basic fat burning soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry during the seven days. Eat as much as you wish. Remember the more you eat, the more you will lose. You can eat broiled, boiled or baked chicken instead of the beef. Absolutely no skin on the chicken. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need the high protein in the beef for the other days.

Continue on the diet as long as you wish and feel the difference both mentally and physically.

DO NOT - DO NOT
No bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks (including diet drinks). Remember, absolutely no fried foods.

DO - DO - DO - DO
Drink plenty - at least 6 to 8 glasses - of water a day, as well as any combination of the following beverages: black coffee, unsweetened fruit drinks, cranberry juice and skim milk.

This diet comes from the Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital that is used for overweight heart patients in order to lose weight rapidly, usually prior to surgery.

IT WORKS!!! try it out.

i binged so bad today. i think ive gained 2 lbs in the past two days. ughhhhhhhhhhhhh.
TOMORROW (being extremley strict):
brekfast: nothing
lunch: apple (NO SANDWICH. dont eat ittt. resist.) -- 65
dinner: the size of a fistfull of salad. NOTHING. ELSE. (roughly 110?)

DO NOT EAT ANYTHIGN ELSE. DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNT.
i have GOT to resist. seriously, i need to. i NEED to lose 10 more lbs by the end of march. i promised myself that i would, and I MOTHERFUCKING WILL. if i let myself down by the time that april 1st rolls around, im not eating for 5 days straight. no joke. i PROMISED myself. 17 more days to lose 10 more pounds. i have GOT to do it.

well, thats all for today..which i completley fucked up.
o well theres always tomorrow =)

im at 138 right now..hoping to get down to the 133 range by the end of march, if not more then that. once april comes is HEAVY crash dieting for me, since bathing suit season will be right around the corner. right now its acceptable to binge a little bit, but not enough to bring me back up TOO much. lacrosse season starts next week, so that'll help me lose weight as well.

im doing okay..im trying to get back on the wagon. its like everytime i lose weight as SOON as i lose it i just start eating and eating. its soo bad. i lost 10 pounds two weeks ago, and then i started eating again & gained it all back. i was soooo close. i was at 138..2LBS away from my short term goal. right now im back at about 144, so only 6lbs to be back at 138, + the 2 pounds i need to get to 135. thats only 8 pounds and im confident that i can do it.
so today i ate:
1/2 a banana: 100cals
1 cup hot choc: 80cals
a few nuts: roughly 60 cals
total so far: 240 cals
sooo i guess thats pretty good for today..i wont eat until dinner, and at dinner i plan on eating about 300 max. so that'd add up to about 600, and thats good for the day.
