    Late Day
For all it's capitalist-exploitating-comericalism, Starbucks does provide one hell of a cheese danish! It turns something, the very concept of which is slightly repulsive, and creates a certafiable addiction. Say all you want about bending over to recieve your daily fix of coffee but don't TOUCH those cheese danishes.

Yes tonight I work until 8 which sucks since I had to work all day yesterday (Sunday). Yes, by brilliant boss (the scarecrow) had the engenious idea that the desk should be open for 8 hours on the weekend since we were recieiving such a plethora (a total of 3) requests on Saturday and SUnday. Since L was gone I didn't even have access to the goodie cabinet for something to cure my throbing headache. I swear if one more person asks me how to find a case I will scream. Maybe I should bring a bottle of wine to go with the pillow I have stashed in my cabinet drawer.

    A new start
This would be my first entry. Was lured here by the following google search term "not meant to be married." It lead to someone's journal. I believe she will be getting a divorce soon. As for me, NO its not what you think. I'm not one of those whinny self loathing desperate people who long for romance and a soul mate. I'm one of those who find the prospect of marriage slightly akin to buying a home. Its a scary leap and once you do it, you are pretty much stuck with it. You may love the bay window in the master bedroom but you hate the kitchen cupboards. At least with a house you can redecorate...it's a lot harder to change a man. I would rather rent (stay single) which is a lot easier to maneuver in and out of.
