Hey there, just wanted to say hi and I'm glad to find people who still dig Nirvana. Idiots look at me like "Nirvana? They're sooooo ten years ago. I only listen to what's on TRL!" and then I have to smack someone. I partied too much this weekend so my brain is blank right now....I'll post more later lol.

ok i did an image search on nirvana on google....to put a picture of them on my website...and this picture of kurt's autopsy came up. :-( it was really horrible.....shocking. i am not positive it was him, but im almost sure. it completely ruined my day. like when i found something on kurt's body being mutilated. that made me cry...as well as this picture.
sorry if you think im being stupid...but seeing your idol (or as i see it the greatest man that ever lived) like that...is just...i can't even think of a word to describe how horrible it was. if anyone wants to see it then tell me ...or wants to see the article about the mutilation...i will give the link to you..because i remember where it was.

the other day i bought this video called Kurt & Courtney. it's like a documentary. i am still questioning whether Kurt killed himself or not...but we won't get into that. i was surprised to see the Courtney's father may even think she had something to do with it. MAY think that. it's a good video....really good....Kut's aunt Mary played some of the music Kurt was recorded singing along to (uh as Beatles...etc.) when he was about 2...then some music he recorded at 15....it's awesome. they even got a hold of Tracy Marander (Kurt's first real love or those not knowig) and she showed some of the paintings he gave her...along wth some dolls he gave her. :-D. sorry to babble i'm just happy.

I'm doing myself a favor and unwinding. I am becoming a little sociallite debutant and just basking in the glory of nirvana.
Annually, We have this huge music event called Big Spring Jam at Big Spring Park in the downtown of the city. It lasts Friday through Sunday, and usually there are some really awesome bands there. On Saturday, Seether and Saliva and The Wailers all played at one of the stages, which was pretty crazy to have three really well known mainstream bands on one day, but what I thought interesting was the last song Seether did was a play of "You know you're right." By Nirvana. And what surprised me even more was the likeness in voice and the fact that they didn't screw it up. Good stuff, and kudos to them for pulling it off, cuz you know not many people can.

I went to melrose today and they had a HUGE Nirvana day-sale at this music store. I got a really cool poster of just Krist. I thought that was awesome. Oh and I just made a Nirvana-ish layout too.

my journal is slightly nirvana-ish.
i made a layout with the lyrics to dumb, but it became evident it holds no candle to the actual song. there are never words to express the feeling a song can give you, especially not a nirvana song. my comment links/browser title aren't nirvana but once i stop being lazy i will fix it all.

ps: metallica versions of nirvana songs need to be stabbed. yes, stabbed. but i would give up my life to see how hardcore "NIRVANA-SUCKS" metallica fans reacted. yes, my life.

i didn't catch all of the mtv music awards or whatever, but i did see the last few minutes. the remnants of the formerly kickass metallica were there playing the ode or whatver. they start playing, i start crying, and of course filling in the lyrics for their sick rendition of nirvana. it would've been completely awesome had they not moved into the white stripes, although i don't mind the song. i'm just overly obsessive about nirvana, and only the gifted and respected few recieve my blessing to attempt their songs. i was so incredibly pissed off. i think it was worse than when some stupid band did a nirvana song for new years and their only acceptable excuse would've been "i was fucking shitfaced and did not realize i was playing nirvana and for pennance i will not bathe for seven years, shave my head, and tattoo 'god is my witness and i have sinned' on my ass." just lots of bad juju being sent to metallica in an envelope. lots of it. massivew amounts of shitty karma for destroying art.
