hii. i just had a question. if anybody could please help, i would be so greatful! i used to have a program for making icons. i was pretty good at it too, but then i had a virus and stuff and lost everything. what are some places i can download programs for it for free?! < font size=14>please help me.

text Heather and Matt on the top.. ..size 12?
text color: black
saying: ..ill always be your babigurl 143.. with hearts that flash around it ... font size 8.. and i want that on the bottom..
