I am wasting away in Syracuse, but at least I'm getting paid.
I cannot wait to be home, even though it's always bittersweet. The person I'll probably see most isn't even two years old, and that's okay. He's the love of my life.
Apparently I might be going to Argentina in August, but it's looking unlikely now. That would be interesting. I haven't gone away in ages... retrospectively, my reason for always refusing trips was pretty fucking dumb. Oh well.
Also, I'm taking a class in the fall where I'll go to London for two weeks of Christmas break. I'm really excited, and know that if things hadn't wound up like this, I never would have gone. Having no reason not to be selfish is enjoyable.
