So!
Thursday, I came home from school, dropped Christine off in Fleetwood, got gas, and took a shower by 3:15ish. Then Vinny picked me up and we went to go get Christine. We saw Seb and Maura so we all talked in front of Seb's for a whileee. At like 4, we all went our separate ways, and Christine and I went with Vinny to Lord&Taylor because he decided he needed new clothes. Hooray for going in my pajamas! We spent like an hour there, then went to CVS because I needed nail polish. Then he drove us home. It took a really long time for whatever reason. So then I rushed around my house and cleaned-ish, and did my nails.
I picked up Christine and Laura at 6:45/7ish and we went to my house. We got ready together, sort of. Laura straightened my hair and Christine did her makeup and stuff, so yeah. Leonel got to my house to get Laura at 7:45, but we didn't leave until 8. We got to the Surf Club at I guess about 8:15, and waited foreverrr for everyone to get there. Then it was the dance and yeah, whatever. Avery was there and it was exciting. Allie and I spun but then Mrs. MacNamara yelled at us! Psht not cool.
Once we did the senior praise, we were outtt of there. Christine and I went to White Castle, which made my life a lot. Then we went to the hotel where everyone already was. That was certainly not my favorite experience ever. People slept over my house, and I, as always, was the only one up all night.
At 5, I started getting ready and moving cars and stuff because I was very awake. Christine woke up at 5:30 and the two of us were ready by 10 to 6. Everyone else woke up and thought they were late, but we're just freaks. Rose got ready and realized she left her green sweater at home, so she, Christine, and I went to her house at 6 in the morning to get it. We stopped at Dunkin Donuts for everyone and were still back at my house in half an hour (aka I drive too fast), go us! We all left my house at I guess a little after 7, and went to the Cosi's parking lot to meet up with EVERYONE.
At 8, we drove in to school, and except for getting onto Quaker Ridge from that fucking parking lot, it was awesome. Then we all ran in together and it was so surreal. Kelly Fleszar held my hand because I didn't want to be all alone running. I kept crashing into Maura. Then there was the breakfast thing. I left the cafeteria a little early, and missed Maura's and my frosh sister, but Maura got my gift thing for me and yay! She gave us each a flower with a balloon and a bracelet. Good freshman! Anyway, then we got corsaged and mine was directly in my face. My sinuses alllmost died. Mass was crazy boring, I kept zoning out, and I realized how hungry I was. In the group picture, Laura Vaughan was apparently throwing up. I can't wait to see it.
Then we had some time before we had to go in, so we got to look at all the awesome decorations and everything. It was time to line up in -142735 seconds, though. Liz Rodesky lied to me and told me we didn't run in, but we DID. Oh man and then it was the actual ceremony, which was intense, as always. The juniors were the best, they had glowsticks!
Afterwords, once we finally got home, I went to that new place on Gramatan with my parents. I fell asleep when I finished eating. While we were walking home, we stopped to talk to a lady who lives up on the hill that my parents are friends with, and my mom said I was swaying because I was so tired. I fell asleep until forever and it was awesome. Seb and Vinny both made my life when I woke up.
