so basically i've been having a shit time... this will be a long post but it'll have to be in post + comments because of my stupid computer thing...
1. So i dont know if i posted this but like 1 month ago i read about how lots of cardio was the only sure way to remove any flabby or tummy or whatever... so smart-ass me decided i was going to do 2 hours straight of heavy cardio for 5 days a week for 3 weeks... and i did... (and it was working wonders to be honest) i was doing 5k on the threadmill running (30min aprox.. yes im slow), then 30 minute on the arc trainer, then 30 minutes on a step thingy, then 30 minutes on a stationary bike... until... i injured myslef... way to f'ing go!... i went to the doctor and although i can still walk, working out like i'd like to is definitely out... and now im fat already. barf.
