| 12:00a | Fashion Models modeling Go Go Boots in 1968  The Nehru jacket was a fad in the late 60's, but sadly faded away. It was named after the first Prime Minister of independent India, Jawaharial Nehru. Men dressed more feminine in the late 60's, and were more fashion conscious.  Lovely minidresses  The 60's was the time to be mod. Space age, futuristic things were popular. The Beatles = Fashion Icon The Beatles = Mod Mods often wore thin ties and narrow collared shirts.  In the early 60's, it was the mods vs. the rockers. Mods loved scooters. Vespa ones, preferrably. Rockers wore leather and rode motorcycles.  |
