Layouts:
I can make layouts, but I'm not that advanced. I can do simple layouts and work with a little bit of styles. In order for me to work with the styles you must have an Early Adopter account. Some things I can do for layouts are:
-change comment links
-change the size and position of your entry box
-change the font of your text
-add borders around your entry box (only solid lines, dashes, or dots and I can only make them one color)
-etc..
I cannot do iFrames or scrollbars
Examples of my layouts:

Backgrounds:
I do make backgrounds. Practically everything. All the examples of layouts above have backgrounds made by me. I make all my backgrounds for my personal journal also. You can request any type of background, however, you must have your own image hosting site. I do not host images any longer. You also must start to credit me. I do a lot of work for blurty and I'm not being recognized for it. Grant it, my graphics aren't the best around, but they are a lot of hard work that I don't have to do for you, therefore, credit is nice.
I cannot make icons or blinkies or anything animated for that matter.
Do not go to my journal and request any type of graphics. That's why I made this community.
I also know global overrides pretty well. If you need help with those I can help.
You MUST JOIN MY COMMUNITY. Do not post requests or questions in comments.
Now for me to know you read these rules, and understand them, you must type the word "Tainted" as your subject. If your subject box is empty or there's a different title, your entry will be deleted.
