Sutton Hills is an apartment complex, and upon joining the community your character must be a resident. You can be roomies with someone else or you can live on your own, but you must be a resident to be in the community.

Rules:
-Must updated within 48 hours of creating your journal. And from that update you must then update atleast once a week.
-AIM is a must. If you do not have AIM within 48 hours of creating your journal, consider yourself removed.
-Long updates are nice, but not necessary. We all like something to read.
-Keep OOC fights OOC and IC fights IC. We don't need to intertwine the two.
-If the PB you want is already taken, get over it and move on. It's not the end of the world.
