This is a rating and stamping community, but not your ordinary one!
We take many things into account here:
-Bands.
-TV Shows.
-Books.
-Movies.
-Personality.
-Hobbies-
-Your take on many of today's top issues.
As far is this community is concerned, being intellegent is very very cool, so we'd like to hear your thought on some of today's top issues in the world, as well as the so-called "normal" stuff, i.e. bands and movies. :-) There are no wrong or right answers. We just want to know how "with it" you are.

Rules!!
1.) You may not vote on anyone else until approved and stamped by the community.
2.) Once stamped, you may vote on anyone...of course!
3.) When voting "no" for someone, please give at least 3 valid reasons why you are voting this way. I believe that everyone deserves a fair explanation.
4.) You can post your opinons while voting, of course, but do not be overly mean, overly cruel, bigoted, or hateful. If anyone does this, they will prompty be removed from the community.
5.) Votees that bash on voters excessively will not be stamped and be banned.
6.) Please try not to base your whole vote on one thing the person states in their application. Don't be baised. Take the application in as a whole. (There are exceptions to that rule, for example, if they say that they beat puppies and old ladies and steal candy from babies...THEN it's ok to base your vote on one thing. ;-D Heh...)
7.) Majority rules. More yes votes than no votes at the end of 3 days gets you a nifty lil' stamp! Cool beans, eh?
8.) Please give as much info as you can where applicable. I'm sorry, but I,  allisoncthatsme, am a real information whore!! :-D
9.) Have fun! This community should not be taken 100% seriously. It's all in good fun. If you get voted out, don't get bent out of shape. It's only a silly lil' rating community. *pffft*
10.)To make sure you read these directions, say "11" when you answer "The lucky number is-" question. That way we know you read the directions. If you don't answer it correctly, any votes for you will not be counted and you are out! No ifs, ands, or buts about it. It's FINAL!
