I cannot grasp the reason why people have school spirit or have sudden outbursts of "Yay!" in a freakish tone, the reason being over the things in life that will not amount to a hill of beans. Phonies annoy me and sometimes I do not even feel comfortable in my own skin, but I would rather be myself even if it means being weirded out from time to time by my own actions and thoughts. It is better than pretending to be something that I am not. If you continue to play the game of facade, then in the end you will only screw yourself over as reality falls down around you, so be prepared for the changes and don't listen to the pretenses that wil never add up.
