Welcome to the PSP Tutorials community. This community was founded by  smooches. We are the first community on BJ that has tutorials on Paint Shop Pro. You can download the 30-day trial @ JASC Software. This community was made for people who'd like to get to do more things with their PSP, like make layouts, icons, and other great and neat things. If you'd like to join this wonderful community, go here.
The Community & It's members
When you become a member of this community, you automatically get to post a suggestion tutorial, or post your own. That is what makes this community different than others. Here are some simple rules for this community::
1. No harrassing or bothering anyone in this community. If you are caught doing this, you will be banned from this community. No questions asked. :p
2. Do not post in this community trying to advertise your community and/or your journal. This community is only for PSP, nothing else.
3. You can post questions in the community, but on PSP/ Tutorial related.
Those are the rules! That simple, and all you have to do is follow them. But I'm sure that everyone knows how to act. :))
