01. Aren't homophobic. A lot of my friends are gay/lesbian/bi/whatever. Deal with it.
02. Aren't a rabid follower of your religion. I respect religions and religious people, and I really, really don't mind those of you who are religious. However, please do not preach to me about how I'm going to burn in Hell or some such thing, and please do not try to force your beliefs on me.
03. ARE OPEN-MINDED! I love worldly things! Languages, culture, music, food, whatever. Don't come waving your "AMERICANS R TEH BEST OTHER KULTRS SUK" flag, please.
04. Know how to spell, or at least have a decent grasp of it. If English isn't your mother tongue, it's completely fine. :) However, if you were born here in the goold olde US of A (or in any English-speaking country), you should know how to use your language.
