my name is casey. im 19 years old and in college. i love life. i have great friends, the best family, a truly wonderful boyfriend and i enjoy as much as i can. im really easy to get along with and am open to everyone. i am painfully shy for some reason. its my biggest flaw and it really frustrates me because i feel like it so does not suit me and i really wish it could go away because i love people and people im friends with can back me in saying i am SO not shy. it's pretty weird. i believe everything happens for a reason. i believe life is too short to be sad. i believe we get where we are to excel and become as good as we can be in that situation and then are given the opportunity to move on and grow. im not perfect. i live every moment like its my last. i believe we are growing into the people we are meant to be through the challenges we face. i love people and thoroughly understand people and i love helping where im needed. im the type of person who doesnt let go, and i strongly believe in the phrase "once a friend always a friend...no matter what bullshit may happen" all i ask is that you let me live my life, and i let you live yours. focus on you instead of worrying about me. i also love basketball, reading, running, music, writing, photography and partying it up. my life is a seinfeld episode. im strange, and i thoroughly enjoy it. i love being the random person you could expect a text about a stupid inside joke that ive remembered about even though we havent talked in a year. i write songs like its my job, even though i know ill probably never actually make them into songs. the number 43 describes every numerical thing that arises in my life. (43 LIFE!) i have a HUGE online shopping problem. it helps me deal with stress. i hope to become something. currently my aim is at being a pediatrician specializing in oncology or infectious disease, or going into genetic research/bioinformatics. but who knows. i dont care if i dont make it to be something i previously wanted to be, i just want to do something good in my life and make someone else's life better. thats my biggest goal in life. and im working on it.
