Attended an exclusive school for boys during grade school,
Carried two school bags, one for the huge textbooks and one for my notes.
Was an honor student from grades 1 to 4.
Watched The Real Ghostbusters, and Saturday morning cartoons, such as ThunderCats, TigerSharks, DinoRiders,and Voltron.
Especially enjoyed Shaider, Bioman and Maskman
and will forever be influenced by their philosophies.
Transferred to a coed Catholic high school.
Carried one bag which contained a few books and one huge notebook for all my subjects.
Was a Spelling Wizard for three consecutive years
Before reaching the fourth year, was kicked out for reasons that do not to be disclosed.
Then transferred to a small high school which had a reputation for being "the last resort" for delinquent students.
Didn't join any Spelling contests,
but instead burned my lungs infront of the schoolgate together with the schoolguard.
Then graduated at last
In college,
Been doing several campus tours
Took up computer science in a computer college
but never understood any programming language
and all the binary,decimal and hexadecimal whatnots.
Then took up nursing in a college at the heart of Manila.
Wasn't so serious back then,
and was into the "barkada first" phase
causing my grades to diminish drastically.
Then transferred to another college
taking the same course
and finally learned my lessons.
Due to financial reasons, am currently working as a Rate Reduction Analyst for a contact center who works for the biggest phone company in the US today.
Perhaps you may be wondering what a Rate Reduction Analyst's significance to our everyday lives, right?
Well it's only synonymous for being a salesman for cheaper long distance phone services .
And it sounds awfully better than
being called a Call Center Agent or a Telemarketer.
I'm currently taking each and every day of my corporate life as a blessing but I have this constant fear that I could lose my job anytime.
