Here we are looking for people who keeps up their journal, participates in role play situations via aim/journal, update their journal weekly, and tend to stray away from posts that are like "this person is mine i claim them back off and die kthx". Doing that here is a little frowned upon. This is a community dedicated for people who are dedicated to writing and role playing.
How do I join?
First leave a comment in the maintainer's journal,  ben_dover, then head over to front_door to post an introduction. Try to make it good. The moderator will base his decision on the actual effort you put forth in it.
The character I want is taken. Help!
If the person you want is taken, look at the journal and see if they're putting any effort into the journal. See if they're just posting random one liners and not participating in comments. If not, you could try to over rule them and snatch their char. Talk to the maintainer first before you do it.
Rules
Keep the OOC out of the chatrooms and journals and this game entirely. If you can't separate OOC issues from IC issues, then you should not be playing the game.
Update your journal weekly. The maintainer will be taking a count every day to ensure activity stays within the community.
Role play via journals or aim. This way you'll be able to have something of substance to talk about.
If your character doesn't talk/act like an idiot in real life, please don't let them sound like one in journals. i.e.: leave the "what hi kthnxbi" shit for other communities.
