Rules;
Yes, there are rules that you need to follow :] but it's not hard, so please be considerate.
1; Join the community :] but there is not a rule that you have to comment in a certain time. Just come back once in a while atleast.

3; If you are going to take an icon make sure that person knows. Credit should be given too and shown somewhere in your blurty/journals.
4; Be creative and orginal! No copying. If I or anyone knows and complains that someone is jogging, you will be taken out of this community :[
