This journal is for anyone and everyone who writes fanfiction in the Harry Potter fandom to use to announce an update of their fic. Meaning another chapter to an established fic, or a whole new chaptered fic they've started.
It is not meant to be a place to announce one-shots-- there are enough places to post and announce those already.
It is off-topic to post anything other than a link and the fic name and chapter number, if applicable. This community is in the experimental stage right now, and is intended for the readers (such as the founder) to keep track of fics that don't have update lists, and maybe even to reduce the need to join all those mailing lists, if things go ridiculously well.
Possibly, this community could be made parallel to a mailing list in the future, but as of now, it is no more or less than a fic tracking place that specializes in Harry Potter slash.
Please feel very free to join if you have a chaptered fic you either write or fanatically follow.
