| Bio: | This journal is to document my recovery from my recent surgery to correct my Congenital Hip Dysplasia. The procedure is called a Periacitabular Osteotomy (PAO) and was performed by Dr. Millis at Children's Hospital in Boston. It involved cutting parts of the cup part of the pelvis bone that goes over the femoral head so that it will cover the whole femoral head and support me better. The bone should heal fully and my hip will be as if it was always normal and fully functional, with no further problems ever again. |
