I am 24 years old and live in the state of depression Wisconsin. I graduated from Carroll College in May 2005 with a double major in Computer Science (with an emphasis in Information Systems) and Communication (with an emphasis in Journalism), but graduation by no means the end of my learning experiences. From here on out, though, I fly solo (well, at least with out licensed professionals above me :p).
A quick "family" rundown for the nosy... I have one pet, a rat (So-crates) who lives with me. I used to have a cat (Tiger), but he was put to sleep on 08.07.01. After that I had a different rat (Goonie), but he died on 11.14.03. Tiger was about 12 years old, and Goonie about 3 years, 2 months. I am the 'baby' of the family, having both an older sister (33) and brother (30).
This journal was only a placeholder, until today (August 8, 2005), when I decided that a place to hold info about my playing around in FreeBSD. I'm a BSD n00b, and will need to Google for most of my help. Therefore, if I write down what I find out here, and I need it again, I don't have to hunt for the info an unnecessary subsequent time. :D
