Facts Concerning Me:
-I'm the youngest (at 23) of three children. (Yes I'm the baby, but no I am not spoiled. Ironically, it's the middle child in my family that's the "Golden Boy.")
- I'm supposed to be the "good girl" of the family. I think it was predestined for me. Such a shame that I failed that task, eh?
- You don't want to discuss drugs/abortion/religion with me... trust me, especially if you're vigilantly close-minded about your opinions on them.
- I hate labels, and therefore refuse to place any upon myself. Labels are for sheep who need some sort of badge to display or crutch to lean on, just to make themselves feel worthy.
- I hate pop music... absolutely hate it.
- I'm a Star Trek fan, but not a "Trekkie," in fact, "Trekkies" that take their fandom to the extremes (aka Tim Franklin, who speaks Klingon around the house, and tried to force his wife, my best friend, to learn it too) make me sick.
- I'm painfully shy at first sight, which makes me appear snobbish, standoffish, and just generally ruins my first impressions.
- I don't talk unless I have something to say, but if I -do- have something to say, I won't shut up until I'm done saying it.
- I hate being interrupted, or told to shut up.
- I'm very selective when it comes to who I let my "walls" down for...
- I have a near obsessive fixation with Glenn Danzig's music, Jeremy Irons' movies, Incubus' music, Steven Segal's movies, Emily Dickinson's poetry, Molier's plays, HP Lovecraft, Edgar Allen Poe, and Stephen King's books
- I'm very sure of my likes and dislikes, and refuse to be swayed when the "next big thing" comes along. If I like something, I like it. Things may lose their novelty now and again, but it doesn't make me like them any less, I just don't do/listen to/read/etc them as much.
- I am unapologetic about my likes and dislikes...
- I hate anything created by Andrew Lloyd Webber... (and I don't give a fuck if I spelled his name wrong.)
