When he concentrates hard enough, OR is provoked into blind decisions, he can even have the power to blow up people. The cause of this is his control of certain (not all) cells and molecules. Brief Background: David's family moved from the Philippines to the USA when he was 8 because their town was exiling him because of his unusual display of powers. Wanting to get as far away from those people as possible, they went to America with the promise of a free new land.
