"Oh no, you sunk my jenga ship!"

The smileys were sad in pleasant hall.
Each morning they drew on their smiles,
but they wanted to frown.
Their frowns they were scared to share.
Who wouldn't want a smile instead of a frown?
Some smileys showed true smiles while the rest,
played around, hiding their frowns.
No, one hid hid a smile from the rest.
While the rest smiled, their true smiles as the best.
None of the smileys would have guessed,
one of their own who was happy, was really depressed.
Poor little smiley, fooling the rest.
"One day I'll have a smile instead of a frown,"
said that poor smiley looking around.
So many smiles, but not one more to go around?
Poor little smiley always wearing a mask.
Though, mind you, that was not a hard task.
"I'll just fool them all for now.," said a sad smiley
wanting to frown.
So on it went day after day, that poor smiley
starring in its own sad play.
All around pleasant hall smileys went on with their day.
Laughing and smiling all day,
never suspecting a frown.
Poor little smiley had given up hope.
Confused and tired smiley made a noose with a rope!
Oh, but poor smiley couldn't go through, instead smiley said,
"Oh now what shall I do?"
Smiley went on, day after day.
Putting on that mask, there wasn't much else to say.
Poor smiley hated the smiles those lucky smileys shared!
Had even one of them noticed, had one of them cared?
Stupid smileys smiling all day.
"What should I do?," said poor smiley hidden away "I know!"
shouted smiley, with a gleam in the eye.
So off smiley went on with the plan,
to turn all the smileys smiles into some frowns.
Poor smiley's plan just didn't work, they just kept on smiling,
like they were on a picnic in the park.
Smiley just couldn't stand it and retreated with gloom.
No one needed a smiley without a smile,
that would just ruin their mood.
So smiley just went off and stayed in it's darkened room.
A frown drawn on it's face,
who really cared anymore?
Alone smiley sat, crying day after day.
Repeating the phrase, "Why can't I have a smile, too.
Why can't someone help me find a smile to try?"
So day after day poor smiley stayed with it's frown.
Still no way thought of to turn it around.
Maybe someday poor smiley would have a smile of it's own.
Though that's unlikely, and not even known.
Hopefully smiley's story doesn't end there.
Maybe somehow, someday,
smiley would find another smiley with a smile.
