About:	Claim a Chibi! +Hello! Welcome to the place where you can claim your favourite chibi. ^_^ This community is moderated by yours truly,Yami (glass_wings) *I have been suspended and so,this is my other account* (NOTE::I'm taking over for rosiel). This place is fairly new, so it doesn't look exactly spiffy yet... if anyone would be so kind as to help me with a layout and icons, etc., that would be great! Rules + You can claim a chibi from ANYTHING. Anime, manga, books, bands(members), tv, movies,actors, etc.(Alter egos and human/youkai forms,i.e.,Yami Yugi from Yu-Gi-Oh! and human Inu Yasha from Inuyasha,count as DIFFERENT people) + You MUST have a Blurty.I also will NOT take people who don't have one and will not take claims from people who will put this in their other Online journals(i.e.,DeadJournal,UJournal,LiveJournal,e.t.c.) + Members are entitled to 1 chibi claim(Excluding maintainer;Old Moderater keeps amount of claims that she currently owns) and please state what show,group,game your claim is + Members who do things to assist the community get 1 extra claim for everything they do! +Once a claim is taken,then you are not allowed to claim it also unless the first claimer states so(i.e.,if Yuki Eiri is claimed then you can't claim it unless the first claimer says it's okay) +To make things much easier,please REVIEW the claims list throughly.I don't want mix-ups on claims and changes.I will only allow for 1 claim change if that claim is not taken.If it happens a second time,you will be ignored + If you comment saying what claim you want in someone else's entry,you'll be simply ignored + If you don't update much,by my knowledge,then your claim will be deleted and may go to whoever wants it and is active + If you change journals,but would like to keep your claims,then please STATE by putting an entry in the journal or comment in my personal one,please.I shall give you ONE week to tell me or you will be deleted unless you state + Do NOT harass any of the other members for whatever reason. + Please don't go advertising other communities without my permission,please + Have fun! ^_^ IF ANYONE DOESN'T READ THESE AND OBEY THEM,THEN YOU WON'T GET A CLAIM HERE If I've forgotten to add your name then,please,comment in the community journal or comment in my journal,death_talks.
