Hey there!#@ Welcome to awards.blurty.com ;] This is yet another fun award community to show off the wonderful talent we have here in blurty. This is run by Kim ( realized ) and Celene ( butterflies ) We worked hard on this so if you read the rules and agree to them, join!
( Rules! )
1. Be kind and courteous ;D to everyone in the community. We don't need any drama from people ;x
2. When nominating you can only nominate yourself in one category. If you do nominate yourself more than once your nominations will not count.
3. We want original work from you guys to show off your skills and that means no stealing or copying off other people.
4. We are going to attempt to be using the poll method of voting. Which means you cannot vote for yourself a million times on all your blurty names. We will be checking every week.
5. Most of all just have fun and be fair when voting and nominating ;D
6. A person can only win a certain award once. After that the person cannot win the same award; and if nominated and eventually won in the poll then the runner-up would win.
7. When you post you have to make nominations. It's alright if you post "I made a new layout" or whatever, but when you nominate you must make actual nominations. For example you can't just say "I'd like to nominate so-and-so for _____," or "I'd like to nominate myself for ______". You must make nominations on every category, not just one.

Like many communities on here our schedule will be similiar;
Mon-Thurs; Will be nominating days. If you nominate any other times, they will be void.
Friday; We will count the nominations and put the poll up.
Fri-Sat; You can vote on the poll anytime between then.
Sun; The winners will be posted. Any votes on this day won't count.

Best Theme; Everything they have fits together. Their colors, icon, etc.
Best Layout; Their layout is original and nifty looking!
Best Icon; Has a nice icon meaning picture, animation, etc.
Best Bio; Most interesting, has a lot of information, etc.
Best Colors; All of the colors match well and are original.
Most Creative; All of their icons and layouts are original and are great!
Overall; They qualify for many of these catorgories and you can't decide where to put them because everything they have is awesome.
Patrick Superstar; You don't nominate someone for this. This is a special award for someone who won all of the awards in this community.
