-) You cannot claim something that some one else has already claimed, unless that they are willing to share, in that case, the two of you will BOTH need to contact me and please don't have more than two people to a claim. How 'bout telling me in your first post if their sharable or not.
-) Ok, by mascot, it doesn't have to be an animal. My defenition of mascot is something that takes a lot of attention in a show. Hobbes is the 'Calvin and Hobbes' Mascot, Meowth is 'Team Rockets' Mascot, just as Pikachu is 'The Twirps' Mascot. To me, both Scooby, and Shaggy are mascots, so they are both claimable.
More then one mascot from each show is available.
I'll be sure to tell you if I don't see why your claim is a mascot.
