Hello.
Hey everyone:
My name's Rebecca, and I decided to join this community because I absolutely love Matchbook Romance. I saw them perform in their hometown (Poughkeepsie, at the Chance) thie past Tuesday, and they were awesome. A few months before the show, I ran into Aaron [Stern]'s mom in the mall, and it turned out that my brother used to be friends with Aaron. At the show, I met Aaron and his mom had told him that she met me, so it was really cool. He's a really nice guy. Anyway, MBR are one of my favorite bands, and "Playing For Keeps" is my favorite song off of Stories and Alibis. Okay, I gotta go because I have to work tomorrow. Later.

	After my friend gives me the picture of me and Aaron, I'll scan it and use it in the scrap book. Do you know MBR personally? If you do, then that's awesome. I only know Aaron, but that's still extremely amazing. I think he's awesome. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

awesome! thanks! nope, i don't know them personally, though. i've met them all [aaron's the only one i've only met once] so who knows, maybe they'll remember me one of these days. last time i brought up the scrapbook, though, so hopefully they'll remember me as "the scrapbook girl" next time i see them. they know of me from the message boards, though. :D aaron IS really awesome. the first time i met him [well i only met him once, or at one show, but i talked to him twice that day], HE approached my friends and i, rather than us going up to him. it was at warped tour and we were at their merch table talking to their merch guy, and he comes up and he's like "hey! are you guys staying to watch us perform?" and stuff. it was great. :D then i talked to him later. didn't get to talk to him at any of the other shows, though! thanks again! any friends you have that are fans of the band, let them know about the scrapbook! xx; sarah (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
