Just Another Unfocused Rant That Won't Do any Good
A lot of people on the right are afraid that ObamaCare will fundamentally change the way we do business in America and my response is, "Is there any way we can speed up this fundamental change?" Is there anything that America does right that should be preserved? Just for starters, why would want to preserve a system that is producing all time record setting high corporate profits while at the same time is giving us all time record setting low wages?

At the same time, a lot of these Conservatives are saying that we have the greatest healthcare system in the world. Really? Thirty-seventh in quality and number one in cost equals the greatest system in the world? Granted, most of the people who are saying these things live in a delusional fantasy world where people with wings and a guy who can turn water into wine do battle with an evil villain in red pajamas and above them is a wish granting Genie who can do anything He wants to do but for some reason doesn't really want to help anyone do anything but come on, aren't we finally reaching the limits of even what these people will believe?

Well, maybe. If you leave out the part about about ObamaCare being invented by a Negro...Who really didn't invent it. It was created by a Mormon who wears Magic Underwear...most Americans want it. I've seen polls that say 80% of them want it. And there are signs that people are sick and tired of losing their houses and jobs and watching their kids starve so guys like Mitt Romney can make even more money.

At the same time, though, there are troubling signs that America...And the rest of the world because every country is being run on the same basic model...can and will accept the fundamental way things are being done for the rest of forever. It's enough, as John Cleese put it so well, to make you want to chew your own leg off.

Vulture Capitalism is not only alive and well, it's thriving. And it needs to be changed. Yesterday.
