shows at st. joe's like whoa
the show at st. joe's friday the 13th went decent. the preparation for it was more nerve racking than actually playing it. first we figured we had to burn roughly atleast 50 CDs. their were 5 of us (including andrew the "roadie") and i think we burned enough. but we burned a bunch and didn't put them in cases. bah whatever. then we got to st. joe's and it's all 5 of us in bailey's mom's crazy red van blasting gwar. and then we get their at about 4:05 and the show starts at 5....i guess their is such a thing because we got there and no one was their so we had to wait until jarad got there to open it up and shit. so bailey's mom took all of us to the goodwill thrift store down the street. i bought a 5 dollar jean jacket and some sweet sun glasses. they're the coolest things to ever exist. check them out here:

awesome. so we get to back from the thrift store and jarad and destrux and king dumb (THOSE GUYS WERE HUGE DOUCHE BAGS) were there. so we all get out of the car and when we got out jesus slipped on some ice and it was probably the funniest thing i've ever seen. so we got into st. joe's and everybody was happy and whatnot. and i was giving out demos and shit. whatever. so then we got to plug in the shit and this was around 5:00 and people started coming in and i was suprised at how many people their were starting to show up cuz that was exciting. and then we needed an extention cord to get the bass amp to the wall or something so jarad went to a store to get one. so we're waiting and waiting and then dee shows up and i was like "wutup sucka" and she was like "word" and it was cool. i hadn't seen her in a fucking long time. it's good to know she's still short and stuff. and heather and stuff were there from syracuse. and then everybody from buffalo showed up, which was cool. so we're all chilling and waiting for an extention cord. then jarad walks through the door and we were ready to rock and roll. by now it was almost 6 so we were ready to go. and bailey's mom got us mountain dew and stuff so we were caffeinated and ready to roll. we didn't really make a setlist so i was just kind of reading off of a paper that had all our songs written on it and i was just picking random shit off of it. it was more exciting that way. we played everything off the demo except robot zombies and we played a what happens next? cover and an original called "necrophilia" which isn't on the demo but jarad liked it i guess so we played it for him because we love him. and then we finished and people said they liked it and we gave out all the demos and everybody was happy. hooray. the show went really well (for us atleast). then king dump played. they took 40 minutes to set up and the douche bag drummer told me to "move my shit" so i hated them from the first not. i guess they'd be like street punkish stuff. whatever. it was crappy and they were assholes. and then no fucker came on. totally awesome. better than deathbag. then i thiiink bludwulf came on after them. they played good too. they rocked it out hardcore. during the set this douche bag without a shirt on and a rancid patch on the back of his pleather jacket kept pushing into everyones back. i hate that fucker. then after them primordial came on and kicked total ass. they played the sick pleasure cover 17th class did "3 seconds of pleasure" and alex sang on that and then they played wellington like they did at 222 that one time. it was fun. good set. hooray. then THE MIGHT DESTRUX CAME ON. we all knew the venue was going to close soon so they played WICKED fast and WICKED hard for 3 whole songs. the circle pit was nuts and craphawk no shirt man elbowed me in the head and i blacked out for like 2 seconds. it was hardcore. then they shut the venue down and the evicted couldn't play. WHICH WAS WICKED LAME. fuck. but overall it was a good show. yup.
