Hi! I am new to Blurty and this communitie, of course. I have lived in Utah my whole life! Pretty sad. But, theres no where else to go when your 16 with a license and no car. Heh, what can I do? Anywho, I live in Hicksville, aka, SPANISH FORK. Its boring as hell here. The only other thing to do besides rodeo, is drag main. In which I do neither. I have better things to do. Besides, all the sluts have main street covered. I meet the guys other places, places where I dont have to see boobs hanging out of a car window every 10 seconds.
Anywho, Im looking forward to meeting everyone. Comment me if you want....whatever.

*laughs in amusement* Is "Dragging Main" a term that is ONLY known in Utah? A form of "Utahnics"? Of all the places I have been and lived since leaving Utah I have never heard anyone refer to that term as something the kids regularly do. I suppose no one drags ANYTHING here, who knows, I guess they all have jobs or something. Anyway, yes, isn't that revolting? I know people who were in my high school class who STILL "drag main" St. Nephi, UT and park on the street corners, buying beer for the minors, and fondling the fourteen year olds *cringe*. I guess "draggin' main" is only used in Utah. My cousin is from Iowa, and she never heard of "Draggin' Main" until she moved here. Hmm. We get people from Heber, Springville, Payson, Salem, Provo people even come and drag Spanish Fork Main Street. Thats how my Parents met...ODD ENOUGH! Its old! My thoughts exactly, those pick-up trucks are loud and obnoxious too aren't they? Oh, don't forget Nephi. I remember "the rebels" went to Spanish Fork, and if you were REALLY outragious you went all the way to Salt Lake to drag State St, but that was almost unheard of. It came to the point where my parents finally filed action against the owners of the store next to their house for allowing these "draggers" to park in the corner parking lot next to their house. The parties were getting WAY too out of hand and we were sick of cleaning up the beer cans that they would toss over the fence all night as they kept us awake. That's all too hilarious though when you think about it. Utah has VERY strange mating and dating rituals. I'm glad I never got suckered into it. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Draggin' Main is just a way for everyone to show off their "toys". Whether it be a loaded truck or car, or even down to the disgusting things. Theyre all pathetic as I see it, but whatever. Thats their lifestyle, and I have my own. I try to ignore it as much as possible. Nothing good ever happened draggin' main. Well, maybe me, since my parentals did meet draggin' main, but whatever.
