    牛年話咁快就到,夜晚食自己,心血來潮要親自下廚...



    此xo醬炒蘿蔔糕有幾個敗筆。

    敗筆一,大蝦比例太多,跟蘿蔔糕平分春息,變了碟炒大蝦。

    敗筆二,xo醬質素太差,全超市最平的牌子係咁上下,基本上樽野油多過醬。某的牌子真係貴得有道理。

    敗筆三,無跟指示所指加雞湯焗一焗,其實唔知兩者分別有幾大,總會有點差距吧?!

    敗筆四,可能落油太多,食得多仲肥。

    敗筆五,成碟野使左我廿幾三十大元,不如係外面食個飯算數!




    下完廚更無聊的是,執衣櫃,發現裡頭有裇衫二十八件。每日一件一個月唔重覆都得。
    當然有些已有點年月...著唔著都成問題。

其實係跟某雜誌既xo醬炒大蝦蘿蔔糕呢做,所以特登買的蝦番呢炒,當然可以隨各人喜好加咩都得...

就咁炒蘿蔔糕,可能又係單調左的既..
