Thank f****ing God, it's about time
LAST DAY OF CLASSES!!! This could not have come sooner. I am like, trembling with anticipation of being able to put this semester behind me. True, I still have a couple of finals to take next week, and a few papers of various lengths to finish up by next week, and I'll be taking an incomplete in one of my classes to finish the final paper, so that means I will have "work" to do over the summer. But as far as any new information being thrown at me, after today my brain is closed!

Wisconsin is a horrible bitch-goddess when it comes to the weather. It was in the fucking 70's from like Sunday through Tuesday. It was absolutely perfect because it's too early in the year for it to be warm and humid at the same time. But what should happen on Wednesday? The temperature dropped into the 40's and it was rainy. 40's again today, maybe 50's tomorrow, and not a whole lot warmer this weekend. It's so aggravating, and it seems a bit odd even for Wisconsin to be this cool in the middle of May.

I got paid today which I am über excited about. I think I can finally pay some friggin' bills as I have not had to blow $150 on medication lately. I also think I may be able to get a new pair of jeans, which may sound irresponsible, but I really really do need some. Some that fit. I really only have about 2 pairs that I can wear comfortably, and one of those pairs requires that I wear a belt, lest I provide a peep show. I dropped from a 32-ish waist to a 28-29-ish waist so now all my pants look like clown-issued attire, and require massive beltage. Speaking of belts, I need new ones of those too. I had to put 2 extra holes in the ones I have, and then I have like this extra foot left over just hanging there. Grr.

Has anyone gotten the new New Order cd? I fucking love them (they are by far my favorite male 80's band). Their video for "Krafty" is awesome!

So, I'm sick of my homepage. I have RoadRunner, so I just have their site as my homepage, and it's just not doing it for me. It feels cluttered to me. I've used Yahoo and MSN before, which were fine, but I'd like something else. Anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking Google might be an idea since I use it so often, but that would be a really boring homepage. I would like some accessories. Hear that Google? There's something to add to your Labs...

Congrats on reaching another summer, and yeh I've tired of MSN, just got through using Yahoo!, won't use google because it is soo plain & I've resorted to using http://home.elka.pw.edu.pl/~pgrabow1/kolezka.swf?name=Ryan!! jk actually no that was just in my favorites that I'm clearing out now..but I have mine set to my journal's friends page so I remember to check it :) ~Derek (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
