Looking forward
First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME ON THURSDAY!
Okay, now that that's out of the way...
Christmas was good, I got the super-extended dvd trilogy of LOTR, so that's freakin' awesome...now I just need to set aside about 3 days straight to watch everything. I got new pots and pans cuz my old ones were all scratched up and shit, so that's good too. I also got a slow-cooker thingy...yeah, real funny, mom. My mom wants me to eat better, so she thougt I should have one. I don't see myself using it, but you never know. I got Tony Hawk's Underground PS2 game from my bro...hell yeah! It's awesome, and I can't wait to beat the shit out of people. My sister got me the Lost In Translation dvd, very cool. That's about it, so all in all, it was a pretty good time.
My sister and I went ice skating! It was so much fun, and neither of us had been skating in years. Our grandparents live on a little canal off of a lake, and it was nice and frozen, so we decided to go skating while we were there on xmas day. We came back the next morning to skate some more too. Now I'm all sore cuz I'm a lazy good-for-nothing, but it was worth it! I only fell once, so thats pretty good.
So now I'm just looking forward to my birthday on Thursday, and then New Year's Eve of course. I don't have anything planned for my birthday yet. I'm not sure I'll go out since I'll be going out for sure on New Year's. It's not a big deal. I just hope that I can score some free birthday drinks on New Years...
I'm getting a haircut Wednesday night, thank god. It's gotten really out of control, and I sure as hell can't go out on New Year's looking all scruffy!
I've been trying to drink more water to cleanse myself and to look more refreshed. Now I'm peeing like crazy and it's SO annoying! But, if it makes the circles under my eyes shrink away, I'll do it. I inherited dark circles under my eyes from my mom's side of the family. Boo. I use eye cream, and a little concealer, and that helps a little. Interesting, no? I guess I could also start wearing eyeliner to offset the darkness under my eyes...hmm. If I'm gonna do that, I may as well put some bronzer on too to make myself look less pale. I'll have to consult Amy when she gets back from Florida.
Anywho, I guess I should get back to work now. Take care everyone, and get fucked up this New Year's!
